Several summers ago we contacted Ryan to help us find a summer rental, Ryan was most helpful and found us a perfect full season rental, We told him we would eventually be purchasing in Cape May. He stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date on market conditions. We never felt rushed or pressured. This spring we were finally ready to purchase. He selected several homes to show us and by the end of the day we put in an offer. We settled last week. Ryan sold our house in Erma, NJ. YAY! Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us up to date on viewings and contract terms and conditions as they progressed. My wife and I spent 4 hours with Ryan one afternoon looking at homes and touring the local neighborhood. We had asked Ryan to show us a few homes and he suggested a few others. Touring the neighborhood, Ryan seemed to know the history of many of the homes in the area including any recent sales, the features of the homes and most importantly the sales prices. His knowledge was very helpful to us in deciding which home we wanted to purchase.
